Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least a 24-hour notice. Services are provided as is and may require multiple visits as there are no one size fits all solutions in tech. Additionally, this is a consultation and support service. If we cannot provide a solution to suite your needs, we will provide resources or referals to help assist, however, you will still be billed for the visit. All visits are billed on a visit by visit basis.
